lovely touch cute staff street noise high price
The location was superb. It was just steps from everything i wanted to see! the staff was cute, and i especially loved the prosecco they offered upon my arrival. A lovely touch.
i did find the street noise quite noticeable at night, it was sometimes difficult to sleep peacefully. also, the bar prices seemed high compared to nearby establishments, a slight disappointment.

chaotic check-in uncomfortable seating
The check-in area felt chaotic and narrow. It was also very busy. my room, a chamber king, felt small. the lack of comfortable seating in common areas was quite noticeable, it was difficult to relax.

really good location friendly staff delicious breakfast unresponsive reception missing item room search
The hotel has an really good location, very close to everything i wanted to see. the staff was always friendly and quick to meet needs. breakfast was delicious and the service there was amazing. I was blown away!!!
the reception did not pick up the phone at all when i tried to call. i left my gucci belt in one of the drawers in the room. i contacted them, but they said they didn't find it, and no one entered the room after me.

peculiar layout unhygienic toilet
the location was ACCEPTABLE for exploring nearby attractions.
The room layout was perplexing, especially the placement of bathroom fixtures near the entrance. This felt unsanitary. i also noticed A lack of toilet brushes throughout THE entire hotel. This was rather unhygienic and unexpected.
